General Description

Dynamic Thai Massage

Dynamic Thai Massage is a vivid meditation in motion, a down to earth dance with the water elements within the body.

The „dynamic way“ of Thai Yoga Massage is deeply inspired by Ajahn Chaiyut Priyasith and re-invented by David Lutt and Krishnataki, blending traditional eastern style with modern osteopathic principles into a sacred dance of metta = loving kindness.

This form holds the potential to inspire and to bring joy, creativity and happiness in your way of giving bodywork.

for the GIVER, Dynamic Thai Massage is an opportunity…

… to improve fluidity, precision and transitions in giving massage,

… to be creative, joyful and happy while working,

… to develop your touch while working on the mechanic, liquid and energetic levels.

for the RECEIVER, Dynamic Thai Massage is a chance…

… to recover mobility and freedom in your musculoskeletal system,

… to improve the circulation of fluids (blood and lymphatic systems),

… to re-establish a good energetic circulation,

… to release the nervous system.

Osteothai combines:

the richness of stretching with long levers of the muscular chains (inspired by yoga postures), the work of energy lines in acupressure and the creativity of the dynamic movements of traditional Thai massagethe work of releasing tissue tensions and mobility restrictions of osteopathy.

Osteothai was created by David Lutt and Arno L'hermitte , two French osteopaths who love Thai massage.

Then everyone developed the concept according to their aspirations and inspirations, making osteothai alive and constantly evolving. In this workshop we will address some of the most common problems such as back pain, shoulder and neck problems, headache by working on the different systems of the body :musco-sceletal systemFascial systemCraniosacral system
