Jaworowy Dom - Poland

General Description

OSTEOTHAI BODYWORK FOR THE LOWER BACK CONDITION

with Bojan babic

Restoring Lost Rhythm and Mobility in the Lumbar Spine.

Almost 60% of our patients come to see us with a pathology related to lower back pain. This area of the Central channel is an important meeting point of different structures and systems: musculoskeletal, visceral, nervous, fascial and energetic. They all converge to serve the numerous levels of human functions.

During this Osteothai course we bring a special focus on the spine and mainly the lower back area in order to help improve vertebrae mobility, restore vitality and bring back ease of movement. We use special dynamic and static techniques coming from Thai massage and Osteopathy. We also approach the craniosacral system to release the dura mater.

In this 5-day course, we will focus on :

  • OSTEOTHAI ROUTINE FOR CHRONIC LOWER BACK PAIN
  • THE BONY STRUCTURE : SACROILIAC JOINT AND SPINE
  • CRANIOSACRAL SYSTEM AND THE CORE LINK
  • HARA WORK
  • ACUTE PAIN VS. CHRONIC PAIN
