Dynamic Thai Yoga Massage
General Description
This course offers a PRACTICAL TRAINING in the Art of Dynamic Thai Yoga Massage in supine, prone, side postition and seated position, techniques of self massage, meditation and yoga as well as fundamental knowledge of the origins and traditions of dynamic thai yoga massage and contraindications of particular techniques.
Dynamic Thai Massage is a vivid meditation in motion, a down to earth dance with the water elements within the body.
We will flow, dance, rock and explore fluidity in our movements as a giver. Rhythm becomes a tool to invite the receiver to fully surrender to movement and gravity. A clear technique and smooth transitions are key to this dynamic style of massage.
The „dynamic way“ of Thai Yoga Massage is deeply inspired by Ajahn Chaiyut Priyasith and re-invented by David Lutt and Krishnataki, blending traditional eastern style with modern osteopathic principles into a sacred dance of metta = loving kindness.
This form holds the potential to inspire and to bring joy, creativity and happiness in your way of giving bodywork.
